My Simple 4-Step Process
Step 1. Expectations. Meet and align on project scope, level of engagement and deliverables.
Step 2. Assessment. I will perform a detailed 2-day formal assessment of the current state of your company as it relates to the project, with a hands-on approach working closely with your employees, systems and other available resources. This process also gives you the opportunity to evaluate me and how I work.
Step 3. Strategic Improvement Plan. 5-days after my visit I will present a formal Strategic Improvement Plan customized to your business needs. This plan will give you a clear and concise evaluation of your company as well as a tactical roadmap of what you should do to improve the business. It will include recommendations and a step-by-step implementation plan.
Step 4. Implementation. I will customize the implementation plan to the level of engagement that fits your needs and budget; from a detailed ‘do it yourself” blueprint to full implementation on my part. If Steve Williams Consulting will be managing the implementation, I work hand-in-hand with your internal team to guide them through implementation of the recommendations through focused coaching, education and training that will allow them to own, manage and sustain the change.
All projects may not need all 4-Steps and can be discussed during the Expectations meeting.
